While you're training, I accompany and motivate you with my expertise and experience to help you achieve your fitness goals. As a fitness and health coach, it is important to me that you enjoy the training and that you find joy in exercise and sport.

Some of my customers train with me because they appreciate the personal exchange and my holistic approach, others pursue very specific goals such as fat reduction, muscle building, fighting back pain or preparing for a professional sports test. Sometimes, it's just about a suitable workout, other times it`s about increasing well-being in general. In this case we will also talk about nutrition and stress management and how you can change certain habits.

This is what your training with me looks like
I offer the trainings in the Adliswil - Kilchberg - Rüschlikon - Thalwil region, as personal trainings and partner trainings. We train either outside, at your home or at the gym of your choice.

Many of my customers appreciate training outside because training at the fresh air offers a lot of space to move and is a pleasant change from everyday life indoors. With appropriate clothing and a few adjustments the training is fun even when the weather is maybe not as expected. In addition, a dry place can usually be found.

If we don`t train in the gym, I bring the training equipment with me.
​
I make the training very varied. As I said, you should have fun doing it. Depending on your goals, physical fitness and preferences we work with your own body weight, bands, weights (kettlebells) and other aids to increase strength, mobility and endurance - in personal trainings as well as partner trainings.
