1. The training program that I create for you is 100% tailored to you and your training goals. We work specifically on your weaknesses and build on your strengths.

2. In personal training, I accompany you throughout the training period, correct you, adapt exercises and, most importantly, motivate you. Not a single minute of your time is wasted, as is often the case when working out alone in the gym. You benefit 100% from your training time.

3. Before your first workout we do some body analysis. These give us important information about your current state of health and fitness. They help me to choose suitable training methods and to define SMART goals. Approximately every 2 months we repeat these analyzes and can thus document your progress. Usually a moment of success!
